I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything super clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and bus stops, as well as being surrounded by great shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The staff are very helpful and cooperative, always ready to assist with any requests. the area surrounding the hotel is known for its amazing restaurants, providing a wide range of dining options.
One aspect that could use improvement is the cleanliness, particularly with regards to the floors.

I was actually surprised by the level of service at Nishant Hotel. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. The receptionist, Onur, were very good too ensure that I had a smooth and convenient experience. He even provided me with all the necessary information for my taxi ride and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout. Despite the language barrier, Onur's communication skills were excellent. He made my stay at Nishant Hotel a nice one. to the really good service, the hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and great cafes. The rooms were also comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant overall experience.
